Stina and I have been bestestestest friends for well over 15 years and have known each other for almost two decades. She’s a baller, bad-a$$, primary income earner in her household, she has a doctorate, she speaks multiple languages, and I love her. This episode is very special to me.

Stina Dufour the Academic Dean of Global Programs at CEA Study Abroad, which provides study and internship opportunities to 4000+ college students each year. Though not strictly an entrepreneur, she is Jillian’s bestie, so that should count for something 😉 As Dean, Stina supports CEA’s vision for academic delivery worldwide.worldwide. She aligns academic processes and work cultures across domestic and international teams, and drives process improvements to continuously enhance the CEA student experience. Stina joined CEA in April 2021 after more than a decade at NYU working in global programs.
Stina earned an EdD in Higher Education Administration and an MA in International Education, both from New York University. She earned a BA in Sociology and Scandinavian studies, magna cum laude, from North Park University, and is an alumna of NAFSA’s Academy for International Education.
Stina is married to John, and they have two children.
